This notice covers information submitted through the public SignalPath Learning website enquiry form. It does not describe learner data processing within the SignalPath Learning Alpha or any future pilot; those activities require separate, organisation-specific governance and privacy documentation.
Information we collect
If you use the enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email address, organisation and message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information only to respond to your message, arrange or manage relevant discussions, and keep a reasonable record of potential design-partner or commercial conversations.
How it is handled
The website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions may therefore be processed and stored through Netlify's infrastructure before being reviewed by SignalPath Learning. We do not use this website form to collect sensitive learner information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant conversation, relationship or legitimate business record-keeping.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights in relation to your personal information, including access, correction, deletion or objection in relevant circumstances. If you have a privacy question, contact SignalPath Learning using the same business contact route through which you have been corresponding.
Cookies and analytics
This initial website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.
Updates
This notice may be updated as the website and commercial activities develop.
